💡 Why Attend?

This dynamic roundtable brings together educators, practitioners, patients, service users, and carers to explore how education can drive person-centred approaches in health and care. Together, we’ll unpack the meaning behind the buzzwords and build a shared understanding of how to truly empower individuals in their care journeys.

🔍 Key Topics for Debate

What does person-centred really mean?
Is it the same as personalised care or something more?

Empowering Autonomy:
Are we creating conditions that support or hinder people’s ability to make decisions about their care?

Shared Decision Making (SDM):
Why are patients, service users, and carers often left out?
When and how should SDM happen—and what are the barriers?

Be Part of the Change

Let’s challenge assumptions, share insights, and co-create a vision for education that truly centres the person. Your voice matters—join the conversation!
